What it costs
Labour only. Parts are quoted before we fit them, and we call you before spending anything over fifty dollars you have not already agreed to.

What you actually get

You get the torque sheet with the bike. It lists what was adjusted, what was replaced, and what we think will need doing in the next few months — so the next shop, or you, is not guessing.
Anything we find that is not on the job sheet gets a phone call, not a surprise on the invoice. If you would rather we just did it, say so when you drop it off and we will work to a ceiling you set.

Worth knowing
Road, gravel, mountain, cargo, kids' bikes and the twenty-year-old hybrid in your shed. No brand snobbery and no minimum spend.
We service Bosch, Shimano and Fazua systems. Proprietary batteries on some direct-to-consumer brands we cannot legally open — call first.
Bring it any time we are open. Booking reserves bench time, which is what makes the three-to-five day turnaround hold.
Cables stretch and gears drift in the first fortnight. Bring it back within thirty days and we will re-index it for nothing.
