What it costs.

Starting figures, not a menu. Every project gets a fixed quote before it begins, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

How quoting works

The figures above are starting points. What moves them is scope — how many pages, how much content already exists, whether you need photography or a logo, and how much of the writing falls to me.

So the first call is mostly questions. After it you get one number for the whole project, in writing, before anything starts. If the scope changes later, the number is re-quoted before the work happens rather than after.

What every project includes

  • A fixed quote. One number, agreed before work starts.
  • Two rounds of design feedback. Enough to get it right; structured enough that it ends.
  • You own everything. The files, the domain, the accounts. Nothing is held on my side.
  • 50% to start, the rest on launch.

What is not included

  • Domain registration and hosting fees — usually $15–30 a year for a domain, and hosting that is often free at this size. Paid to the provider, not to me.
  • Stock photography or paid font licences, if a project needs them.
  • Ongoing care, unless you want it — it is the monthly figure above, not a requirement.

If the budget is not there yet

Say so on the first call. A one-page site done properly beats a five-page site done cheaply, and it is easy to grow later — that is most of the reason the landing page starts where it does.
